Frank Reich is the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League and a former quarterback in American football.
Prior to this, he spent most of his 14 seasons in the NFL playing with the Buffalo Bills, who had taken him in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft.
While Reich supported Jim Kelly for the majority of his career, he rose to prominence as he guided the Bills to the biggest comeback in NFL history during the 1992–93 postseason.
Reich started a coaching career in the NFL after his playing career ended.
He held assistant positions from 2008 to 2017, and in Super Bowl LII, he was the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles, who went on to win their first Super Bowl.
The Colts hired him as their head coach the following year, and he has led them to two postseason appearances.

In 1989, Reich made his debut when Kelly lost the game due to a shoulder injury.
The Bills won two games in a row under Reich’s command.
He led the Bills to a 23-20 victory over the previously unbeaten Los Angeles Rams in the fourth quarter by directing two field goals.

In 2011, Reich transitioned to coaching wide receivers, but he was fired when the entire coaching staff was let go following a 2-14 year.
